Services must be used lawfully and not for any activity that infringes rights, violates laws or abuses the platform. Illicit uses, reverse engineering of device firmware or attempts to bypass security are prohibited.

Certain products or features may not be available in all regions. Users are responsible for complying with local import, customs and regulatory requirements when acquiring hardware.

An account is required to access personalized features and device management. You are responsible for account information accuracy and for activity that occurs under your account.

Provide complete and accurate information when registering and keep contact details up to date to ensure you receive important notifications about devices and security.

Protect your account credentials and enable available security features. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access so we can assist with securing your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from Pirelia. Attempts to sell or assign accounts may result in suspension.

If your account is compromised, contact support immediately. We will help contribute and restore access while protecting other users and system integrity.

Pirelia may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks or are involved in fraudulent activity. We will aim to provide notice except where immediate action is necessary.

Pirelia provides AI-enabled device firmware, cloud connectivity, mobile apps and related support. Features and availability vary by model and plan. Product descriptions on the site represent intended functionality but actual performance depends on factors such as network quality and proper installation.

We may modify features, pricing or availability of services. When changes materially affect users, we will provide advance notice and options for transition where feasible.

Service availability depends on internet connectivity, third-party services and hardware condition. Pirelia seeks high availability but occasional interruptions or maintenance windows may occur.

To ensure a safe and reliable service, users must follow these rules when interacting with Pirelia systems and devices.

• Use devices and software only as intended and in accordance with provided instructions and safety notices.
• Do not attempt to bypass device security, tamper with firmware, or use unauthorized modifications that may compromise operation.
• Respect other users and do not transmit abusive, illegal or infringing content through our services.
• Do not attempt to overload, probe or otherwise disrupt our systems, network or services.
• Follow applicable laws regarding data protection, privacy and acceptable use when integrating devices with third-party systems.
• Report vulnerabilities or security incidents promptly so they can be addressed responsibly.
• Comply with export controls and refrain from using our products for prohibited surveillance or intrusive data collection beyond lawful purposes.

Users may submit content such as feedback, device labels, automation scripts or reviews. You retain ownership of your original content subject to these terms.

By submitting content you confirm you have rights to share it and that it does not violate third-party rights or laws.

You grant Pirelia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify and display user content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the service.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring it does not include harmful, illegal or private third-party data without consent.

Pirelia may remove content that violates these terms, applicable law or poses security risks. We will review removal requests and act as appropriate.

All Pirelia activity, software, designs and documentation are our intellectual property. Users are granted limited rights to use software and firmware under applicable license terms.

• Do not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of Pirelia software beyond the scope of the license.
• Do not remove or alter intellectual property notices or attributions included in materials.
• Unauthorized commercial use of Pirelia brand or assets is prohibited without express permission.

Certain features, subscriptions or extended warranties are offered for a fee. Paid services are subject to specific terms, pricing and billing practices disclosed at purchase.

Prices posted on the site are in Singapore dollars and include applicable local taxes where indicated. Final charges are confirmed at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You must provide valid payment information and keep it current to avoid service interruptions.

Pirelia provides products and services 'as available' and does not make representations about uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product descriptions are informational; actual outcomes depend on site conditions, user setup and external networks.

To the extent permitted by law, Pirelia is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses arising from use of our products. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service during the prior 12 months.

Third-party services accessible via Pirelia are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

Either party may terminate service agreements as specified in applicable service terms. Pirelia may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or for security reasons.

Upon termination, access to services and stored user content may be restricted. Some data may be retained for legal, tax or legitimate business reasons in accordance with our privacy policy.

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Pirelia services you consent to the collection and processing described in that policy, subject to applicable law.

Pirelia may send service messages, updates and notices by email, SMS or in-app notifications. Users are responsible for keeping contact information current to receive important alerts.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts for disputes that cannot be resolved through informal dispute resolution.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If issues cannot be resolved through customer support, parties may pursue available regulatory or judicial remedies under Singapore law.
